About Project - Tata Aveza
Mulund is the queen of central suburbs of Mumbai. It is a bustling residential area and is easily accessible by road & central railway. Mulund has wide roads and significantly better infrastructure as compared to the suburbs along the eastern side. There are several educational institutes of repute, well equipped medical institutes, sports clubs, entertainment centers, recreational parks and places of worship.
The Sanjay Gandhi National Park is home of the Lesser Whistling Duck or Lesser Whistling Teal. They are broad winged migratory duck with bright red rumps and a wheezy call. Also found at the park are Northern Pintails, birds with wide geographic distribution that breed in northern Europe, Asia and North America. The Wood Sandpiper, also a visitor at Aveza, is a dainty little golden and brown spotted long-legged bird.
Mulund is strategically located at the junction of Navi Mumbai and Thane and the entire industrial belt which is comparable to that available in other metros is within a 30-minute radius. One of its plus points is the well-planned grid-shaped layout, which was designed by the German town planners M/s Carter & Crown in 1920.
