Company have been co-founded by Alok Kumar, an alumni of IIT Kharagpur (E & ECE B-Tech of 1995 batch) and an ex-Microsoft vetran who has been behind about 3.0 million Sqft of constructed residential area and over 75 acres of land bank in Hyderabad.
We set foot in Bangalore real estate in year 2003 and delivered our first project within 12 months. Since then we have never looked back. In year 2007, we moved to Hyderabad market. Today, we have 5 villa and 7 apartment projects running in Hyderabad under the brand name of Sankalp (www.sankalpcorp.in) and aakriti (www.aakriticonstructions.com) totaling to about 3.0 million Sqft of constructed residential area. We have come to Bangalore again in 2011 and in a short span of time, we have started two projects with total of about 0.5 million Sqft and another 2 projects worth 1.0 million Sqft in pipeline .
